Apps keeps crashing. Please fix ir

Every time I click a sensor to get details, it shows the spinning wheel for 5 seconds and then the app closes. Same behavior on my iPhone and iPad, both on the latest iOS. Id recommend waiting for version 14.1.2 before installing this release.

Wow, this new release is terrible! I cant monitor my equipment anymore as this app crashes all the time. New interface blows!

Thank you for listening and adding an easy ACK button to sensors. :) App crashed once for me in the 10 minutes of playing around but it seemed generally stable. The option to delete or modify a bulk of sensors somewhere would be nice.

The crash problem has been solved in new version. Thank you paessler for fixing this. Nice and perfect job.

Has a great look and feel. I dont like that I cannot make my favorites the home page and to refresh data you have to back out of the page then re-enter.

Very nice, clean interface for accessing PRTG data. However, a few improvements needed.... 1. Legends desperately needed on data charts. 2. Would like controls on data charts as well (I.e. Turn channels on/off) 3. Ability to edit channels Still a good app.

The web application has been really well translated to mobile. I dont use it much but its very convenient to pull up a graph or check a sensor when away from a computer. I was about to say you cant change sensor settings, but you can! Cool. Highly recommended.

This app is amazing. Lets you know if you network is up 24/7 and can email you the moment any service or connection is down( the important thing ). I highly recommend it. You can monitor your internet, routers, cloud services you use, and private cloud services.

One could always use more interesting monitors but I find PRTG an excellent and inexpensive tool.

We use PRTG for monitoring all network related data and having it on the go is a real treat.

To me, I dont really understand this app too much but I thought I wont give it a low rating because I dont want to discourage people from getting this. Overall, nice, just maybe have some instructions of some sort in it.

This app and the main product are wonderful. I monitor hundreds of systems with it. After getting it I dont worry about what is about to fail. The monitoring of all the systems and notification of any problems makes my life and work so much easier. I cant wait to see what is in the next version.

Once configured correctly in-house this is a great app for monitoring any network remotely....

Could add a few more sensor/device editing options, but over all is very useful and handy!

very useful - works fine for me on iOS 7.1.1. only wish is that you could easily ack/pause/resume multiple sensors at once

Nicely done and layered. Easy to navigate and shows all the needed vitals. Seriously better than the windows phone web forced view.

The app was icing on the cake for a great piece of software. Its new so Im sure they will make import vents on time. Love PRTG!

The new version just released crashes on my new iPhone 6 plus. I cant get beyond the loading splash screen.

Love the app, but crashing since IOS 8 and iPhone 6 plus. Please fix!
